Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Change of mind

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Normal wear and tear

• Minor variations in color, appearance, or packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Upon review, we may offer:

• A replacement item

• Store credit

Lost Packages

Bless Buddies is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bless Buddies and WIN Empowerment Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.
